Director of Philanthropy

Salary: $110,000

Remote Position – Must reside in Florida or Georgia

Job Summary:  At Pace Center for Girls, we transform girls’ lives through education, counseling, training, and advocacy rooted in a gender-responsive, strength-based, and trauma-informed framework. The Director of Philanthropy expands philanthropic support and strategic partnerships that sustain and grow Pace’s mission. This role leads relationship development, revenue generation, donor stewardship, and cross-functional collaboration to advance long-term organizational impact.
