Aviation Stakeholder Manager

The Aviation SMS and Controller Stakeholder Manager combines aviation domain knowledge with OCM expertise to help ensure the agency's modernization initiative’s organization change management (OCM) activities are operationally sound, aligned with safety priorities, and effectively adopted across the aviation workforce.   This critical Stakeholder Manager serves as the strategic liaison between the Stakeholder Engagement Office and frontline aviation professionals, providing subject-matter expertise on aviation operations, safety, and process integration while guiding organizational change efforts.
