This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Vice President, Revenue Operations based in the United States.

This is a senior executive leadership role responsible for shaping and scaling the revenue operations function across a fast-growing, global SaaS organization. You will act as a strategic partner to the Chief Revenue Officer, driving alignment between Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Success to optimize revenue performance end-to-end. The role blends high-level strategic planning with hands-on operational execution, requiring a leader who can design scalable systems while ensuring flawless execution. You will oversee forecasting, analytics, sales enablement, compensation design, and revenue technology infrastructure. A key part of the role involves leveraging advanced analytics and AI-driven tools to improve forecasting accuracy, pipeline visibility, and sales productivity. This is a high-impact position for a leader who thrives in complex, cross-functional environments and is motivated by building the operational backbone of a scaled revenue engine.
