Job Summary
As a Sales Executive at BlueGrace, you'll build your own book of business by helping companies solve real shipping problems across three modes of freight: LTL (less-than-truckload — multiple shippers sharing a trailer), Truckload (full trailers point-to-point), and Parcel (small-package shipments). This is a true hunter role — high activity, high reward, uncapped commission tied directly to your performance. It's also a consultative role: the best reps here grow by becoming freight experts their customers actually rely on.

What you'll do
- Prospect, cold call, and generate new business every day
- Build confidence fast through high-volume outreach and real reps at bat
- Learn to sell consultatively to companies with complex shipping needs — diagnosing what they actually need before pitching what we sell
- Negotiate, close, and expand accounts for long-term revenue
- Build and grow your own book of business across multiple industries
What we're looking for
- 6 months to 3 years of sales experience (internships, SDR/BDR, retail, or inside sales all count)
- Competitive, money-motivated, and eager to grow your income fast
- Strong communicator who's comfortable on the phone — or ready to get there quickly
- Curious about how things actually work — you like solving problems, not just running a script
