Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Unit Head to spearhead the Oncology operations in Poland. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry with oncology field in Poland, a proven track record of launching innovative products, driving business growth in a competitive environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional results. The position will be responsible for building and leading the sales & marketing team, working with regional marketing to develop and execute comprehensive business plans, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and leading internal cross-functional teams to ensure "best-in-class" commercial launch and sustained growth in Poland. The position will be a part of CEE Regional Leadership Team and will also play pivotal role in market access processes together with Market Access Head in CEE.
Responsibilities
- Develop / Customize and implement a country-tailored access & commercial long and short term strategy which focuses on every stakeholder's aspirations & needs to match local market conditions.
- Developing and managing the local engagement plan with key payers, prescribers, influential bodies, pharmacists and KOLs.
- Facilitate the cross functional Team in directing / allocations of resources and investments across functions for products / customer segments in accordance with best ROI outcomes to ensure accurate qualitative and quantitative input into Budgets and brand Planning.
- Conduct market / account analyses to identify business opportunities to support strategic and operational commercial & access objectives.
- Build and manage internal / external relationships involving all stakeholders and influential bodies. Including KOLs, clinical pharmacists, drug planning & supply and procurements.
- Partnering with Regional Marketing to understand strategic franchise and brand imperatives and develop access objectives.
- Manage and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and regulatory landscape.
- Optimize resource allocation and budget management.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Sales and Marketing experience in oncology (Mandatory) preferably working in the breast cancer arena in Poland.
- Having led strategies from facts and insights research to vision, ambition, and priorities definitions.
- Having implemented operations (incl. Digital) with a strong impact.
- Having market access expertise to drive drug listing, reimbursement negotiation and patient support programs executed in Poland.
- With expertise in forecasting and budget optimisation management.
- With experience to manage local distributor and inventory management.
- With solid experiences in sales team management.
