Job Description
- Increase sales volume and revenue and achieve sales targets by growing current markets and exploring new markets within area of responsibility.
- Formulate local sales and marketing strategies through market analysis and partner with local distributor(s) to drive sales and win projects.
- Develop strong relationships with Top Customers/T&I Key Accounts and distributors through regular visits and contact.
- Manage negotiations on product pricing agreements.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized applications/solutions to meet customers’ needs.
- Support marketing activities with distributors by participating in key trade exhibitions/shows and other events to promote Nordson products.
- Provide application and product training and updates to customers on the latest technology and product developments.
- Gather relevant market information, including latest technology and industry trends, competitor developments, changes in existing markets and emergence of new markets for feedback to management.
- Maintain customer profiles and up to date information through the C4C system and provide feedback to management, including reports on sales activities, prepare short-term and long-term sales forecasts.

- Familiar with Semiconductor and PCB market.
