RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES SPECIALIST

The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the College's residential facilities housing approximately 4,000 students, with capacity subject to annual enrollment and occupancy variations. This position ensures operational excellence through the coordination of residence hall health and safety protocols, facilities management, and strategic residential programs.
