We are seeking an experienced Project Manager and Analyst to support the Technology Center of Excellence, which is made up of our development and system administration teams focused on delivering NetSuite, Workday, and other technology solutions. The objective of this role will be to ensure seamless team operations and client satisfaction through effective project management, report/analytics development, and timely reporting and invoicing.  

A requirement of this role is to be able to work flexible hours to ensure coverage until 1pm US Eastern time daily. 

Responsibilities: 

Operational Oversight:  

  • Manage day-to-day activities across the development and system administrator teams.  

  • Ensure tickets are assigned promptly and actively worked upon.  

  • Monitor ticket resolution progress and facilitate escalation as needed.  

Client Invoicing Support:  

  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for projects and client support.  

  • Collaborate with finance teams to align invoicing processes with project SOWs.  

Team Management & Structure:  

  • Oversee team structure, coverage, and workflow coordination to accommodate time off and workload distribution.  

  • Lead efforts in talent utilization and efficiency across all functions.  

Resource Allocation & Efficiency:  

  • Proactively plan ahead to anticipate resource needs and adjust schedules accordingly.  

  • Review team utilization tracking, ensuring goals align with business targets.  

  • Identify and address workflow bottlenecks to support continuous improvement.  

  • Understand team skill sets and assign tasks accordingly.  

Communication & Stakeholder Coordination:  

  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding project updates and team performance.  

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.  

Proactive Planning:  

  • Develop project plans and timelines to ensure seamless hand-offs and streamlined processes.  

  • Initiate and drive strategic improvements in operational practices.  

Reporting Analyst: 

  • Prepare detailed reports, charts, and presentations for management or clients. 

  • Using statistical software and mathematical models to analyze data and identify patterns or trends.  

Requirements: 

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within technology or NetSuite service delivery environment.  

  • Excellent organizational, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects.  

  • Excellent analytical, writing and verbal communication skills. 

  • Demonstrated ability to motivate teams while ensuring productivity. 

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret complex data and to adapt to changing priorities.  

  • Effective communication skills with both internal teams and external stakeholders.  

  • Familiarity with client invoicing processes and tracking tools.  

  

Preferred Qualifications:  

  • Experience working with global teams and coordinating across time zones.  

  • Knowledge of IT ticketing systems and resource planning tools.  

  • Project Management certifications, such as PMP.
