Product Owner Large Damper (m/f/d)

 

 

YOUR TASKS

• Plans the strategic development and life cycle of the assigned product portfolio, in line with the given product strategy
• Growth: develop and extend the revenues in new business segment
• Defines and allocates resources in alignment with line managers
• Leads a global team of Technical Sales, R&D - and Project Managers for the appointed product area.
• Plans and prioritizes the backlog of the cross-functional team
• Leads business development with a selected existing and new group of customers
• Formulates and executes long-term plans for cost/profit control.
• Coordinates Sales & Marketing with Key Account Mngt, leads Product Management and Project Management in matters of strategic and tactical product and service positioning
• Ensures continuous focus on relevant markets (competitor activities, technology, supply and demand conditions, etc.).
• Initiates projects and measures to continuously optimize the product portfolio
• Guides the performance management process for the team members

 

YOUR PROFILE

• Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or similar 
• Fluent in English and German, conversational knowledge of Chinese is a plus
• Several years of experience in Automotive, Vibration Technologies or similar
• Team Lead / Project Lead experience with cross-functional, international teams
• Financial Experience & responsibility (Business Case, P&L)
• Solid experience in customer & management communication
