Job Description
Position Summary:
The candidate required for the position is primarily responsible to provide onsite IT support, with a strong focus on remote hands assistance, networking awareness, and end-user device support. This role involves troubleshooting laptops, printers, video conferencing systems, and assisting network/server teams with onsite tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and capable of working independently while collaborating with remote IT teams.
Must possess a strong sense of ownership, a hunger to succeed, exceptional skills and relevant experience as well as an ability and willingness to learn fast with an amazing attitude
Attendance at site location is mandatory.
