
Account Manager (Mass seller management for Singapore/Malaysia/Thailand Sellers)
Job Description
As part of our offshore model, you'll be pioneering new ways of working that combine high-touch seller engagement with advanced AI tools to maximize impact. You'll help sellers navigate their growth journey while being at the forefront of AI-powered account management innovation in the region.
Key job responsibilities
Drive Seller Growth and Performance
• Identify and onboard SG/MY/TH sellers to participate in Amazon Global Selling programs, drive feature adoption to improve customer experience
• Monitor seller performance metrics and work with sellers to achieve operational excellence
• Provide coaching on best practices to optimize selection, listings, pricing, inventory, and advertising strategies
• Conduct business reviews with sellers, analyze sales trends and drivers, and develop recommendations for growth
Account Management and Relationship Building
• Serve as primary point of contact for a cohort of SG/MY/TH sellers, delivering consultative support via one to one and one to many approach
• Proactively identify and address issues that may impact seller performance and become a trusted advisor for their Amazon business
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams while maintaining seller satisfaction
Program Execution and Collaboration
• Execute structured campaigns focused on different Amazon programs and products
• Maintain accurate seller records and track engagement outcomes in internal systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive seller success
• Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance productivity and seller coverage effectiveness
Amazon Global Selling is seeking a dynamic and innovative Account Manager to join our Vietnam-based Southeast Asia hub, supporting sellers from Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. This is a unique opportunity
- • Bachelor's degree required
- • 2+ years of account management or customer success experience, preferably in e-commerce, online services, or retail industries
- • Demonstrated success in exceeding targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach
- • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data-driven decision making
- • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- • Strong learning agility and genuine interest in AI technologies and their applications
- • Comfortable working with international and cross-cultural teams
- • Experience with global e-commerce or marketplace platforms
- • Mandarin or Thai language skills are a plus
- • Experience using analytical tools, marketing tools, productivity tools, and online collaboration platforms
- • Previous experience supporting sellers or businesses in Singapore, Malaysia, or Thailand markets
