About the Role:
Content Creation & Planning

Develop and manage a monthly social media content calendar across LinkedIn, Instagram and other relevant platforms.

Create engaging, on-brand content including copy, graphics briefs, short-form video concepts, and carousel formats.

Collaborate with design, communications, and leadership teams to align content with organizational priorities and campaigns.

Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all channels.
Publishing & Community Management

Schedule and publish content across all platforms using social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Metricool, Buffer, or equivalent).

Monitor comments, messages, and mentions, ensuring timely and professional responses.

Proactively engage with relevant communities, industry conversations, and partner accounts.
Paid Social & Boosting

Plan, set up, and manage paid social campaigns and boosted posts across LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.

Define and implement audience targeting strategies, including demographic, interest-based, behavioral, and lookalike targeting.

Monitor ad spend, optimize for performance, and ensure budgets are tracked and managed efficiently.
Analytics & Reporting

Track and analyze key metrics including reach, impressions, engagement rate, follower growth, click-through rate, and paid campaign ROI.

Produce regular performance reports with clear insights and actionable recommendations.

Use data to continuously test, learn, and improve content strategy and paid performance.

Stay current with platform algorithm changes and industry best practices.
Must Haves:

1-3 years of experience managing social media accounts.

Demonstrated experience running paid social campaigns on LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta Ads Manager.

Proficiency with audience targeting, segmentation, and retargeting methodologies.

Strong content creation skills: copywriting, visual storytelling, and basic design direction.

Experience building and maintaining monthly content calendars.

Familiarity with social media management and scheduling platforms.
-
Solid understanding of social analytics tools and the ability to translate data into insight.

Excellent written communication skills in English.
Nice to Haves:

Familiarity with CRM integration for custom audience and retargeting workflows.

Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent).

Experience with A/B testing content and paid creative.
-
Knowledge of SEO principles as they relate to social content.
