
Manager of Human Resources (Leaves)
Job Description
The HR Manager is responsible for managing and overseeing a broad range of human resources functions for Kern Medical, with areas of assignment that may include leaves and light duty return-to-work administration, employee and labor relations, employee engagement, and special projects management. In addition to other important Human Resources essential functions, this position plays a critical role in ensuring compliance with federal and California employment laws while supporting employee wellness, operational continuity, and workforce engagement within a complex academic and safety-net healthcare environment.
