About the role
As an Office Supervisor, this is your opportunity to coordinate and oversee the operational and administrative functions of the Corps/Church, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and strong organisational outcomes
Reporting to the Corps/Church Officer, this is a permanent, full-time role, located in Port Macquarie, NSW.
How you will make an impact
- Coordinate daily Corps/Church office operations and provide administrative support to leadership, staff, and volunteers.
- Manage communications, including newsletters, website content, social media, and promotional materials.
- Oversee financial administration, including donations, invoicing, purchasing, and budget support.
- Coordinate facilities, property, maintenance, and WHS compliance activities.
- Support the planning and delivery of Corps/Church events, programs, and special projects.
- Provide HR and volunteer administration, including recruitment, compliance, and record management.
What you will bring
- Proven ability to provide high-level administrative support, utilise a range of office and communication technologies, maintain confidentiality, and manage information effectively in a professional office environment.
- Strong people and communication skills, with the ability to stay organised, manage competing priorities, and remain calm under pressure.
- A National Criminal History Check is required
- Current driver’s licence
- A Working with Children Check
