Job Description
The Corporate Derivatives Underwriting (CDU) team serves as the central underwriting and risk function for interest rate, foreign exchange, and credit derivative transactions executed by corporate, financial sponsor, government, and financial institution clients of the Global Banking & Markets (GBM) division. CDU is responsible for developing independent credit views on derivative exposure, assessing transaction structure and legal documentation, and coordinating closely with Sales, Credit Risk Management, and Legal and Derivatives Documentation teams to support timely, well reasoned credit approval decisions.
