Job Description
We are seeking an organized and efficient Admin Assistant to join our team in San Diego, United States. As an Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our office operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning of the organization.
- Manage and maintain office calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Answer and direct phone calls, respond to emails, and handle general inquiries
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite
- Maintain filing systems and organize office supplies
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks and expense reports
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance and supplies
- Take minutes during meetings and distribute them to relevant team members
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed
- Greet visitors and create a welcoming office environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of administrative experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated time management skills and ability to multi-task effectively
- Basic bookkeeping skills
- Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.)
- Professional demeanor and supportive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
