Managing Consultant, Advisors & Consulting Services F/T

Overview
Lead client engagements across a range of industries and problem statements.

Role
• Develop strategies and programs for large, regional, and global clients by leveraging data and technology solutions to unlock client value.
• Own key relationships with mid-level to senior client stakeholders and independently assess client agenda, internal culture, and change readiness.
• Lead team to creative insights and sound business recommendations and deliver impactful client presentations while growing team members' roles and skills.
• Provide analytical and day-to-day project delivery team leadership and create a collaborative and inclusive environment for all levels.
• Collaborate with internal Mastercard stakeholders including Product and Business Development to scope projects, create relevant solutions for clients, and build the firm's intellectual capital.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and mentorship to junior consultants.
• Supervises a team comprising of one Associate Consultant and two Consultants.

About You
• Position requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Accounting, or related and three (3) years of experience in job offered or as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant, Program Management Analyst, Consultant, or related.
• Qualifying experience must include at least two (2) years with each of the following: Consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, business line management, or product management; Coaching team members across consulting engagements that involve structured problem solving; Stakeholder Management; Knowledge of business KPls and financials; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Rate of pay: $191,889.00 – $229,000. 00 / year
• Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

In line with Mastercard’s total compensation philosophy and assuming that the job will be performed in the US, the successful candidate will be offered a competitive base salary and may be eligible for an annual bonus or commissions depending on the role. The base salary offered may vary depending on multiple factors, including but not limited to location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Mastercard benefits for full time (and certain part time) employees generally include: insurance (including medical, prescription drug, dental, vision, disability, life insurance); flexible spending account and health savings account; paid leaves (including 16 weeks of new parent leave and up to 20 days of bereavement leave); 80 hours of Paid Sick and Safe Time, 25 days of vacation time and 5 personal days, pro-rated based on date of hire; 10 annual paid U.S. observed holidays; 401k with a best-in-class company match; deferred compensation for eligible roles; fitness reimbursement or on-site fitness facilities; eligibility for tuition reimbursement; and many more.
