Design Drafting Supervisor

The Design/Drafting Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising the design and drafting functions supporting Fluid Motion Control (FMC) and Environmental Control System (ECS) products at ITT’s Valencia location. This role combines people leadership with technical oversight to ensure design and drafting outputs align with business needs, product requirements, and regulatory standards.   The position is accountable for developing team capability, maintaining high-quality engineering documentation, enforcing design and drafting standards (including GD&T), and supporting configuration management activities to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and customer requirements.
