Produce/Floral Manager

- Manages all operations in the Produce and Floral Departments, which includes Organic, Conventional, Fresh Prep and indoor & outdoor floral. - Ensures adherence to all food safety/HACCP/Sanitation requirements - Ensures all product quality, trimming, cutting and packaging specs are consistent, reliable and to company standards - Provides and demonstrates excellent hospitality and attitude of service to staff and guests -
