The role involves configuring monitoring tools, tuning alerts, and supporting production systems to ensure high availability and performance. Responsibilities Responsibilities: Configure and manage monitoring tools (SCOM, SCCM, SolarWinds, Intune, Azure Monitor) Monitor infrastructure and applications across hybrid environments Create dashboards, alerts, and improve observability frameworks Tune alerts to reduce noise and improve incident response Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system reliability Support live environments with proactive monitoring Collaborate with cross-functional teams What will help you succeed in this role?
