Job Description
AS A PHLEBOTOMIST, you will be responsible for performing and attaining various phlebotomy samples except arterial on in-patients and out-patients.
***$3,000 SIGN-ON/RETENTION BONUS AVAILABLE FOR QUALIFIED CANDIDATES***
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have a High school graduate or equivalent
- Must have taken a certified phlebotomy course- must attain ASCP certification within 2 years of being hired to role (or completion of a practice nursing program)
- Must have the ability to work independently
- Must have computer skills
Please note: If you hold a certificate that does not expire-you must be a member with either ASCP or AMT. If you are on a maintenance program with an expiration -- you are not required to be a member but must maintain your certification.
