RN Supervisor – Acute Care (Nights) Glendive, MT | Full-Time | 3x12-Hour Shifts | Pay Starting at $36.63 per hour

Glendive Medical Center is seeking an experienced RN to lead patient care operations during night shifts. This role is ideal for a strong clinician who enjoys supporting staff, coordinating care, and ensuring quality outcomes.

 

What You'll Do

• Oversee nursing operations across multiple departments
• Assign staff and support workflow during shift
• Coordinate admissions, transfers, and discharges
• Partner with providers to ensure quality care
• Respond to changes in patient conditions
• Provide hands-on nursing care as needed

Departments may include ER, ICU, Med/Surg, Behavioral Health, Labor & Delivery, and Transitional Care.

 

What You'll Need

• Active RN license (MT or compact)
• 2+ years of acute care experience
• Leadership or charge experience preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
