Job Description
This role is responsible for the execution, development, and strategic direction of the AdiClub Members community in Colombia. The position plays a key role in driving member engagement, retention, and growth through innovative loyalty initiatives, data-driven decision-making, and seamless customer experiences aligned with global and local business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end strategy and execution of the AdiClub membership program in Colombia.
- Develop and implement loyalty initiatives to improve member acquisition, engagement, retention, and lifetime value.
- Manage and continuously optimize the member lifecycle, including onboarding, engagement campaigns, and reactivation strategies.
- Analyze member data and behavior to generate actionable insights, identify trends, and support strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Digital, CRM, Retail, and E-commerce) to ensure consistent and high-quality member experiences across all touchpoints.
- Define and track KPIs related to loyalty performance, including membership growth, engagement rates, and revenue contribution.
- Drive innovation in loyalty programs, benchmarking against industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Ensure alignment with global AdiClub strategies while adapting initiatives to local market needs and opportunities.
- Manage relationships with external partners or vendors supporting loyalty platforms, campaigns, or analytics.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in loyalty programs, customer engagement strategies, or membership-based initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to manage and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken) is required.
- Ability to translate complex data into clear insights and business actions.
