Job Description
SUMMARY
The Business Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting and administering transfer agent system functions, with an emphasis on specific output or services.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
SYSTEM SUPPORT
Documents client requirements and maintains shareholder recordkeeping system to meet client needs.
Troubleshoots and resolves issues.
Runs periodic batch and reporting jobs.
Reviews and approves client output.
May assist with vendor and client billing functions.
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS
Mediates between technical and operational teams to ensure successful client onboarding and effective change control.
Serves as point of contact for internal teams and external customers to answer questions about services and related systems functions.
May perform other duties as required and assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, information technology, or related field.
0-3 years of mutual fund industry experience.
KNOWLEDGE
Shareholder recordkeeping system, reporting processes, and data delivery mechanisms.
Microsoft Office Suite.
Adobe Acrobat.

Equivalent education, experience, and KSA’s will be considered.
