Product Manager, Global IAP & Platform Policy (Money Platform) - TikTok Live

About the team Livestream Team is committed to creating real-time interactive scenes, As a new form of content, livestream creates value for all parties in the ecology. Livestream provides users with a unique consumption experience and further generalizes content. It is also a new way of employment to provide more direct fan interaction and deepen relationships to authors; It provides healthy and objective revenue to the platform and promotes content exclusivity. It also serves as a "new infrastructure" for the expansion of ecological boundaries.

You will lead the integration and optimization of our payment ecosystem with the App Store and Google Play. Your primary goal is to ensure our products implement payment features in the fastest, most stable, and cost-effective manner while remaining fully compliant with the latest platform policies.

1. Policy Analysis & Compliance

• Monitor and analyze policy updates from Apple and Google (e.g., subscription changes, refund rules, regional tax adjustments).

1. Translate complex platform guidelines into actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) for engineering and finance teams.

2. Feature Implementation & Optimization

• Evaluate and implement new platform capabilities (e.g., StoreKit 2, Google Play Billing Library updates, multi-tier pricing).
• Assess the business value of new features and drive end-to-end integration with technical teams.

1. Platform Relationship Management

• Act as the primary point of contact via App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
• Resolve technical interface issues, navigate App Review feedback, and manage feature permission requests professionally.

1. Financial & Cost Modeling

• Serve as the internal subject matter expert (SME) on IAP costs.
• Analyze channel costs, tax withholdings, and net payouts across different regions to provide data-driven pricing recommendations for the operations team.

Minimum Qualification(s)

1. IAP Domain Expertise: Proven experience in mobile product management, with a track record of managing global IAP integration for both iOS and Android platforms.
2. Analytical & Documentation Skills: Ability to synthesize complex technical documentation (often in English) into logical flows for developers and clear settlement structures for finance.
3. Professional Communication: Proficient in "Store Language." Able to articulate issues clearly and professionally to Apple/Google representatives to drive resolutions.
4. Attention to Detail: A meticulous mindset with a high level of accountability for financial accuracy (rates, currency fluctuations, and tax logic).

Preferred Qualifications

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (CS), Engineering, or a related technical field.
2. Prior experience in Infrastructure or Core Platform teams within global tech giants or leading Fintech companies.
3. Proficiency in SQL for independent data analysis to evaluate system stability and conversion efficiency.
