Supervisor, Utilities - HVAC

Supervises the operations, maintenance, monitoring, scheduling, installation and improvements of resort wide life safety, security control, environmental building management and utilities related systems, infrastructure associated equipment and components to include: Electrical, Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Mechanical, Plumbing, Electronic Control and Energy Management. Formulates, implements, tracks and validates energy conservation initiatives to reduce consumption of site wide Utility commodities.
