What You’ll Do Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Project Manager to oversee all phases of construction projects—from initial planning and budgeting to final delivery. The ideal candidate is a proactive leader who ensures projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of assigned construction projects.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans in collaboration with architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress and performance, identifying and resolving issues to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Lead site meetings and maintain clear communication among clients, contractors, vendors, and team members.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company standards.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, including change orders, RFIs, and progress reports.
• Manage procurement of materials, subcontractor agreements, and vendor relationships.
• Conduct project closeout activities, including final inspections and client handover.
Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred but not required)
• 5+ years of experience managing commercial and/or residential construction projects.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, scheduling, and cost control.
• Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, MS Project, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA certification or equivalent safety training preferred.

Work Environment: The work is performed in an office setting. The noise level in the work environment is moderate.
