Facilities Management Manager
Job Description
Planning and managing comprehensive management operations, including business continuity, the many diverse operations, to operate safely and sustainably, in accordance with effective work, May wire International in working cushion management.
First: Operations and Maintenance / Supervising daily operations, preparing and implementing preventive and corrective maintenance plans (PM/CM) according to approved methodologies, and applying asset and facility management systems such as CAFM or CMMS.
Second: Quality Management and Compliance / Ensuring compliance with ISO 41001 (Facilities Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety) standards, and being familiar with periodic review procedures and internal audit processes to ensure compliance.
Third: Contracts and Supplier Management / Evaluating supplier performance according to clear Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring quality and value for money.
Fourth: Financial Management / Monitoring expenditures, analyzing costs, and improving spending efficiency without affecting service quality.
Fifth: Performance Improvement and Sustainability / Developing initiatives to improve operational efficiency and implementing sustainability practices (energy conservation, waste management).
Sixth: Leadership and Coordination / Leading work teams, developing their skills, and coordinating with different departments to ensure process integration.
1. Education Level: Bachelor's degree in engineering, Public Administration, or a related field.
2. Experience: 8-10 years of experience in core management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
3. Skills: Knowledge of Crisis Management Systems (CAFM/CMMS) and agreement management; budgets based on cost analysis.
