Operations Team Leader - Ostrava

DP World, the fast-growing transportation and logistics leader that currently manages more than 10% of world trade, is seeking three professionals to join its Greenfield Contract Logistics site in Ostrava, Czech Republic as Operations Team Leaders.

As Operations Team Leader, you will play a key role in launching and shaping the operations of our new warehouse, and take ownership of key operational areas including: Inbound & Goods Receipt, Inventory Management & Stock Accuracy, Packaging & Value-Added Services, Outbound & Shipping Operations.

This is a unique opportunity to help build structured, high-performance operations within a greenfield environment, operating to demanding automotive standards.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for operational performance, process stability, team leadership, and compliance within your assigned area.
