Description
Key Responsibilities
- Support Product Managers with ongoing analysis of product performance, customer behavior, and operational metrics.
- Pull and validate data from internal systems to support product decisions and day-to-day execution.
- Assist in evaluating product changes, pricing updates, and new initiatives through structured analysis and reporting.
- Track and monitor key product metrics (e.g., revenue, adoption, churn, usage) and provide regular updates.
- Develop, maintain, and distribute recurring reports and dashboards related to product performance and KPIs.
- Respond to ad hoc data requests with accurate, timely analysis.
- Ensure data consistency and accuracy across reports and systems.
- Identify trends, anomalies, and data gaps, and escalate findings as needed.
- Gather, document, and maintain business and functional requirements for product initiatives and system enhancements.
- Translate business requests into clear, structured requirements for Engineering, IT, and Operations teams.
- Create and maintain documentation including process flows, use cases, and business rules.
- Ensure requirements are complete, organized, and aligned with business needs before handoff to technical teams.
- Support execution of product initiatives across the lifecycle, including launches, updates, and operational changes.
- Track deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Assist with testing, validation, and rollout activities to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Help monitor post-launch performance and document outcomes.
- Work closely with Product Manager and Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Engineering to support execution of product-related work.
- Follow up on open items, track action items, and ensure alignment across teams.
- Act as a point of contact for clarifying requirements and resolving day-to-day questions from stakeholders.
- Assist with analysis of pricing changes, promotions, and product packaging across all service lines.
- Support Finance and Marketing with data gathering and performance tracking for offers and promotions.
- Maintain documentation of pricing structures and changes.
- Gather competitive pricing and promotions for key competitors and market segments and update regularly

- Problem Solving: Identifies issues and supports resolution through data and structured analysis.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in business analysis, reporting, data analysis, or operational support roles.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Power BI, or similar) and strong familiarity with Microsoft Office and remote collaboration tools.
- Data Handling: Experience working with large datasets, building reports, and ensuring data accuracy.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience or familiarity with telecommunications, subscription-based services, or technology products preferred.
- Process & Systems Knowledge: Experience working with billing systems, CRM tools, or product-related systems is a plus.
