Roles & Responsibilities:
Safety & Housekeeping: Adhere to all safety and housekeeping requirements within a plant warehouse setting.
Forklift Operation: Utilize a forklift to efficiently load and unload finished products and raw materials to/from trucks, and from the production line.
Data Recording: Record shipping data and other results as required.
Safety & Improvement Initiatives: Actively participate in all plant safety and continuous improvement initiatives as required by supervision.
Scheduling Flexibility: Adapt to scheduling requirements, including shift work, overtime, and working weekends as needed.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience as a forklift driver is required.
Forklift Operation: Able to safely operate a forklift in a manufacturing setting.
Troubleshooting Skills: Ability to inspect and troubleshoot the forklift to detect issues and maximize operational availability.
Instruction Interpretation: Ability to interpret verbal instructions and written documents such as customer orders.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills required for data entry and reporting.
Data Recording: Proficiency in accurately recording shipping data.
Teamwork & Communication: Effective teamwork and communication skills with all co-workers.
Attendance: Maintain regular and predictable attendance.

Rate of pay may be adjusted based on the qualifications and experience of the candidate.
