Overview Ensure accurate, complete, and timely financial reporting in compliance with Publicis Groupe guidelines and applicable accounting standards through the leadership, execution, transformation, and continuous improvement of Record to Report (R2R) operations. Drive operational excellence through automation, standardization, data-driven insights, and AI-enabled process optimization, while proactively managing risks and strengthening stakeholder partnerships. Responsibilities Operational Performance & Governance: Responsible for ensuring all Record-to-Report (R2R) operations consistently meet established service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and governance standards. This includes monitoring operational performance, identifying risks, control gaps, and negative trends, and implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives to maintain operational excellence and compliance. Financial Reporting & Compliance: Lead and oversee the preparation, review, and submission of financial statements and reports in accordance with Group reporting requirements and applicable accounting standards such as GAAP and IFRS. Ensure the accuracy, integrity, consistency, and timeliness of financial data while supporting a strong internal control environment and efficient reporting processes. Process Improvement & Digital Transformation: Drive continuous process optimization initiatives by leveraging automation, business intelligence (BI) tools, AI-enabled solutions, and process redesign methodologies. Focus on improving operational efficiency, strengthening controls, enhancing reporting quality, and enabling data-driven decision-making across R2R functions. Systems Implementation & Transformation Projects: Lead and actively contribute to finance transformation and system implementation projects impacting R2R operations, including SAP and related financial systems. Responsibilities include coordinating stakeholders, supporting process integration, overseeing testing activities, mitigating operational risks, and ensuring successful implementation and user adoption. Documentation, Standardization & Training: Ensure all process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials are standardized, updated, and continuously improved. Support operational consistency, regulatory compliance, effective onboarding, and long-term knowledge retention across teams. Risk Management & Operational Continuity: Proactively manage operational risks, resource capacity, and process dependencies to ensure business continuity and stable operational performance. Prioritize workloads effectively, address operational bottlenecks, and support continuity planning to minimize disruptions and maintain service quality. Team Leadership & Talent Development: Develop and lead high-performing teams through coaching, mentoring, succession planning, and employee development initiatives. Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning while supporting employee engagement and performance growth. Stakeholder Management & Escalation Support: Serve as a strategic escalation point and trusted business partner for internal and external stakeholders. Facilitate effective communication, resolve complex operational issues, align cross-functional teams, and build strong collaborative relationships to support organizational objectives. Financial Close & SAP Operations: Execute and oversee critical financial close activities within SAP and related financial systems, ensuring accurate and timely completion of month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes. Maintain compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and reporting deadlines while supporting operational accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor degree completed related to Business Administration, Accounting or Finance. More than 8 years of experience in Shared Service Center. Advanced English level B2+/C1 (oral & written skills). Data Analytics Experience (BI, automation and AI insights). SAP Experience. Project & Operational Management.
