JOB TITLE: Marketing Content Specialist
LOCATION: Santiago
GENERAL DESCRIPTION OR PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
This role is responsible for supporting B2B customer experience marketing through strong data management, content coordination, and operational processes. The B2B Marketing Content Coordinator will partner cross-functionally to ensure marketing data, content, and inventory are effectively managed to support customer growth, sales enablement, and marketing performance.
RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
CMS Content Management, Digital Execution & Analytics
- Own and optimize content within customer-facing CMS platforms
- Ensure content is accurate, current, aligned with brand standards and organized for an optimized customer experience
- Manage promotions, track results, and performance reports.
- Assist in creation of QR codes and UTM tracking.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
Inventory & Asset Management
- Manage marketing inventory including digital and physical assets
- Track lifecycle, usage, and version control of marketing materials
- Improve inventory tracking processes
- Lead coordination of marketing initiatives and track timelines and deliverables
Sales & Customer Support Enablement
- Understand the needs of the reps to support their account growth through communication and response.
- Support development of customer-facing collateral that will support revenue growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally to execute marketing plans
JOB REQUIREMENTS/SPECIFICATIONS: Note that (i) computer literacy and working-level skill with the basic MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer), (ii) good verbal and written communication skills, (iii) good interpersonal skills, and (iv) the ability to work well both individually and in a team environment are default requirements for all Jostens exempt and salaried nonexempt employees.
Required:
- BA/BS in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience
- Experience with Drupal or Wordpress is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Experience with CMS, CRM, and analytics tools
- Experience in collateral development and marketing communications preferred.
- Willingness to learn, demonstrate creativity, and excel in a changing (and fast-paced) environment
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

- Skilled in writing and editing content with attention to detail
- Understanding of data/analytics
- Strong analytical skills
