Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) – PM & NOC Shifts

White Blossom Care Center is seeking dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our clinical team. We pride ourselves on fostering a supportive environment where our staff can provide exceptional care to our residents.
Position Overview
Status: Full-Time, Benefitted
Compensation: $36.00 – $43.00 per hour (Based on Experience)
Available Shifts: PM and NOC (Overnight)
Schedule: 4 days on / 2 days off rotation
Location: San Jose, CA
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality nursing care and clinical oversight to residents.
Administer medications and treatments accurately according to physician orders.
Monitor, assess, and meticulously document resident health conditions.
Communicate effectively with the charge nurse and clinical team regarding changes in resident status.
Promote a safe, respectful, and positive living environment.
Requirements
Licensure: Active, unrestricted California LVN license.
Availability: Must be able to work PM or NOC shifts on a consistent 4-on/2-off rotation.
Skills: Strong teamwork, reliability, and excellent communication.
