Job Description

As an Experienced Technical Support Engineer at Honeywell, you will play a key role in delivering technical support and guidance for our PMC organization. You will ensure the timely resolution of customer issues while providing an exceptional customer experience. Your expertise in PMC applications, combined with strong problem-solving skills, will contribute directly to customer satisfaction and business growth.

This role follows a hybrid work model, combining on-site and remote work (3+2).

In this position, you will have a direct impact on the success of our PMC applications by troubleshooting complex issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering effective solutions. You will also support the development and continuous improvement of application support strategies and processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide technical customer support across PMC applications and products
  • Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring high customer satisfaction
  • Document all customer inquiries, troubleshooting activities, and solutions
  • Act as a liaison between Technology, ISC, Quality, and Customers
  • Manage customer escalations and case workloads effectively
  • Process and complete customer warranty claims
  • Perform verification and validation of hardware and software products
  • Collaborate with Quality teams on reported issues and root cause analysis
  • Review product documentation and literature with Technology teams
  • Travel up to 30% to support clients and resolve technical issues on-site
  • Deliver technical training to internal teams and external customers
  • Participate in new product development initiatives

Key skills and qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical or application support (or similar role)
  • Knowledge of Enraf Terminal Tank Gauging systems and related technologies
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
