About This Role: As a Commercial Marketing Coordinator, you will be integral to the marketing and commercial team, reporting to the Head of Commercial and Alzheimer’s Disease. Your primary focus will be on supporting the delivery of marketing and commercial initiatives by coordinating projects, materials, events, vendor activities, and compliance processes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely, efficient, and compliant delivery of business priorities within a highly regulated environment. This role is a key operational partner to the marketing function, helping to streamline workflows, maintain alignment across stakeholders, and enable the effective delivery of strategic initiatives. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that our marketing endeavors align with the broader business goals while adhering to compliance standards.

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate execution of commercial and marketing initiatives across brands and business units.
- Support development, review, approval, and maintenance of marketing materials through compliant review processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Intelligence & Operations (BIO), Medical, Regulatory, V&A, Communications, and Commercial operations to support integrated marketing efforts.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including creating and editing presentations, brochures, and digital assets while ensuring compliance.
- Maintain marketing databases and document archives for accurate record-keeping.
- Support the organization of educational programs, webinars, conferences, and patient advocacy events, including logistics and vendor coordination.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure timely execution of tasks.
- Coordinate and maintain records of expenses related to marketing projects and events.
- Perform company business in compliance with relevant regulations, company policies, and procedures.
- Execute all other duties as required.

Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary diploma in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in commercial coordination, marketing operations, project coordination, or related support roles.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with digital marketing tools is an asset.
- Understanding of compliance-driven environments and approval workflows.
- Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare, or other regulated industries.
- Experience with Veeva Vault, procurement systems, or related platforms considered an asset.
- Proficiency in French is an asset.
The expected salary range for this position is $63,000 to $81,750 and includes eligibility for a discretionary bonus. Base salary offered is determined through an analytical approach utilizing a combination of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills & experience, job location, and internal equity.
