The Role
We’re seeking a passionate and experienced Senior ML Engineer to advance our ML initiatives, build robust predictive systems, and help leverage data at scale. You will own projects end-to-end, from data pipeline design to model deployment, collaborating with product and data teams to deliver real business impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize scalable machine learning systems for recommendation, personalization, fraud detection, and more

• Lead ML projects, driving all aspects from ideation to production

• Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists

• Drive best practices in machine learning development, deployment, and monitoring

• Work with big data tools and cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP)

• Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to understand requirements and deliver impactful solutions

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in ML engineering or data science roles

• Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn)

• Demonstrable experience building, deploying, and maintaining ML models in production

• Solid skills in data processing (SQL, Spark, Pandas)

• Experience with cloud-based infrastructures (AWS/GCP/Azure)

• Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling

• Excellent problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset

Nice to Have

• Experience in gaming or related digital entertainment fields

• Familiarity with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Airflow)

• Exposure to reinforcement learning or deep learning at scale
