Excellent opportunity to join Kraft Heinz Eastern Europe Business unit Team, leading the FP&A and Zero Based Budgeting agenda.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead and consolidate financial Month End closure
- Prepare and share the key financial reports to the Business Team with Actual results and Forecast updates
- Lead the ZBB Agenda through constant challenge and control of indirects budget
- Manage the Month Performance Review deck preparation & Forecast Commitment meeting update
- Be a partner to CEO/CFO for any performance related quarries
- Actively drive the Automation / Finance Transformation agenda within the Company
- Build strong network within Zone FP&A community to gather best practices and insights
Requirements:
- 5 years of expertise in Finance function (FP&A / Commercial finance preferably)
- Advanced Excel / Power Point knowledge skills
- Basic understanding of SAP system
- Ability to process / visualise / simplify big data
- Developed presentation skills / Story telling (presentation to Leadership Team)
- Desire and wish to improve / simplify processes and tasks.
