GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES: Responsible for the daily operations of the kitchen, and provides professional leadership and direction to kitchen staff. Ensures that all recipes, food preparations, and presentations meet the restaurants specifications. Maintains a safe, organized, and sanitary kitchen. Demonstrates by example proper food handling techniques.
