Overview Role Overview The Group Head – Biddable Media will lead a portfolio of clients and a team of Business Managers/Analysts, driving strategic planning, execution excellence, and business growth. This role bridges execution and leadership, ensuring high-quality delivery while contributing to strategic direction and client growth. Responsibilities Key Responsibilities Client Strategy & Delivery Lead end-to-end strategy for key client accounts across Paid Search, Social, Programmatic, and Commerce. Translate client business objectives into data-driven media strategies and actionable plans. Own delivery of Annual Media Plans, forecasts, and performance roadmaps. Drive MBRs/QBRs with strong storytelling, insights, and business impact. Ensure optimization excellence and consistent performance improvements across campaigns. Business Growth & Account Expansion Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and scaling existing accounts. Support new business pitches and contribute to strategic proposals. Recommend new platforms, betas, and innovations to drive growth. Cross-functional Integration Collaborate with SEO, Analytics, Creative, and Commerce teams to deliver integrated solutions. Ensure alignment of biddable strategies with broader marketing and business goals. Team Leadership & People Management Manage and mentor a team of Business Managers, AMs, and Analysts. Drive team development, training, and upskilling on platforms and strategy. Ensure effective delegation, workload management, and timely delivery. Conduct performance reviews and support career progression. Operational Excellence Oversee campaign execution quality, reporting accuracy, and process adherence. Drive adoption of automation, tools, and best practices. Monitor account health, budgets, and performance metrics. Qualifications Requirements 6–8 years of experience in digital marketing / performance media. Strong hands-on expertise across platforms (Google Ads, Meta, Programmatic, etc.). Experience managing a team and multiple client accounts. Proven ability to drive strategy and performance improvements. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Additional information Soft Skills & Leadership Expectations Strong stakeholder management with ability to engage mid-to-senior level clients.
