About Our Program

You’ll be joining the JD Vanguard (JDV) Graduate Program, our frontline leadership pathway for the next generation of supply chain talent. Over the course of a year, you’ll take on real projects, build technical and people-leadership skills, and learn how JD Logistics operates at a global level, with the opportunity to extend and continue your journey.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir einen engagierten Disponenten / Dispatcher (m/w/d), der unsere täglichen Transport- und Zustellprozesse aktiv steuert und koordiniert. In dieser Schlüsselrolle sorgen Sie für einen reibungslosen Ablauf, optimale Auslastung unserer Ressourcen und eine zuverlässige Durchführung unserer operativen Prozesse.

Ihre Aufgaben

• Steuerung, Planung und Optimierung von Touren- und Einsatzplänen im Tagesgeschäft

• Disposition von Fahrern und Ressourcen unter Berücksichtigung von Prioritäten, Verfügbarkeit und Standort

• Aktive Überwachung der operativen Abläufe sowie schnelle Reaktion auf Störungen und kurzfristige Änderungen

• Schnittstellenkommunikation mit internen und externen Stakeholdern zur Sicherstellung eines stabilen Betriebsablaufs

• Bearbeitung, Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Serviceanfragen

• Erstellung und Pflege von Reports sowie relevanten Leistungskennzahlen

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen Teams zur kontinuierlichen Prozessoptimierung

• Arbeitsort: Brandenburgische Straße 51, 14974 Ludwigsfelde (Vor-Ort-Tätigkeit).

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Schul- oder Berufsausbildung oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

• Erfahrung in der Disposition, Logistik oder Einsatzplanung von Vorteil

• Sicherer Umgang mit Dispositionssystemen, GPS-/Telematiktools und MS Office

• Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise

• Hohe Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Teamorientierung

• Belastbar, entscheidungsstark und flexibel im operativen Tagesgeschäft

• Gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. B2) sowie Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
