
Assistant Manager, Investment Optimization and Data Insight, Acquisition & IIS
Job Description
This open position supports the Head of Acquisition in driving strategic planning and analytical support for card acquisition and insurance business. Core duties include preparing performance and investment reports, strengthen MIS reporting and performance data insight and ensuring data integrity through strong governance.
- Support the Head of Acquisition to drive strategic planning and analytical support for card acquisition and insurance business, including business unit review (BUR), presentation materials, investment optimization (IO) plan review, campaign tracking, audit review and control management projects.
- Ensure timely preparation and processing of acquisition and insurance reporting, conduct investment optimization update on monthly basis, produce performance reporting based on IGM’s guidelines.
- Partnering with acquisition channel leads to drive performance and campaign reviews across sub-channel, enhance MIS reporting to deliver clear, concise and actionable insights aligned to business needs, and support regular anti-gaming control reporting.
- Collaborate with market business planning team and finance to produce management information reporting, OBR preparation and support strategic initiatives rollout.
- Partnering with CoE data team to support channel performance tracking and support change management projects i.e. offer strategy and anti-gaming initiatives.
- Apply strong data governance and control principles to ensure accuracy, consistency and integrity of data outputs.
- 5-6 years of work experience related to MIS reporting, business planning, project management and data analysis support.
- Strong technical capabilities in data extraction and manipulation i.e. SQL, Excel, other data applications.
- Demonstrates strong analytical skills, sound business acumen and a data-driven mindset.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented; able to prioritize effectively and multi-tasking
- High degree of professionalism with ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Operate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities while building structure and processes with minimal guidance.
