Job Description

Job Purpose

We are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner  to join Sales East Region in Warsaw and our Shared Service Center in Poznań, reporting directly to the HR Business Partner EER & SSC. This is a position offering exposure to a wide range of HR activities and an opportunity to grow within an international environment supporting mainly Sales East Region in Warsaw with a support for SSC in Poznań.

 

Responsibilities:

 

Recruitment:

  • Provide information to line management on current recruitment procedures.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including job posting, CV screening, interviewing and selection.
  • Support managers with new hire induction plans and coordinate onboarding process.
  • Analyze employee feedback on onboarding process and implement necessary changes.
  • Collaborate with COE Recruitment team on new projects and testing activities.

 

Learning & Development:

  • Provide internal development advice to employees and line management.
  • Gather and consolidate training needs, identify appropriate opportunities/providers.
  • Organize training, maintain Learning Management System (LMS) and prepare training reports.
  • Conduct analysis of online training usage and effectiveness.
  • Support individuals in their development journey through assessment, feedback and coaching.

 

Organisational Culture:

  • Acting as culture improvement advisor, analyzing survey results and supporting action planning.
  • Promote management tools to foster company culture.
  • Provide training to new recruits, analyze usage KPIs and take action for improvement.

 

HR systems:

  • Manage HR system for recruitment, performance management and talent processes.
  • Act as SPOC for employee queries and provide training on processes & system usage.
  • Coordinate HR services and onboarding/offboarding via online platforms.

 

HR Community:

  • Participate in HR projects aimed at improving employee experience and organisational effectiveness.
  • Actively engage with the HR generalist community in EMEA.

 

Qualifications & Experience Required

  • Education, other certification: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, psychology or related field.
  • Experience: min. 3 years of  experience as an HR Generalist in an international environment.
  • HR Knowledge: A very good understanding of HR processes and labour law knowledge.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Polish & English) are essential for interacting with employees, managers and external stakeholders.
  • Interpersonal skills: Ability to build relationships, resolve conflicts and handle sensitive employee issues with empathy and professionalism. Ability to work w/o direct supervision.
  • Problem solving skills: Ability to analyze complex situations and develop effective solutions.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks, projects and deadlines.
  • Attention to detail: Accuracy and attention to detail are essential when dealing with HR documents, data and compliance requirements.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to gather and analyze HR data to inform decision making and improve HR processes.
  • Adaptability: Ability to adapt to changing priorities, business needs and HR trends.
  • Discretion and confidentiality: Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive employee information.
  • Digital savvy: Possess the knowledge, skills and ability to use digital technologies effectively.
  • Travel: Readiness: visiting Poznań on a quarterly basis or upon need
