Credit Control Officer

The Credit Control Associate position is responsible for maintaining customer credit as per the credit policy and for releasing or holding sales orders according to business guidelines. The role involves completing requests within agreed SLA’s, accurately updating customer credit limits, ensuring compliance with the credit policy, highlighting exceptions to Lead Credit Control, and assisting in the periodic review of customer credit limits and credit exposure.
