Job Description
Interact with insured at time of loss notification and perform initial coverage review. Insure all initial claim investigations are executed with timeliness and accuracy. Work with multiple departments/functions in the resolution of customer issues. Facilitate and expedite the workflow between the field and home offices. Provide full-range of administrative office and management support. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager.
