Manager of Managed Care Operations - Hybrid / Remote

Responsible for developing and executing payer contracting and negotiation strategies for assigned ambulatory surgery centers (ASCs) and physician groups to optimize reimbursement, support organizational financial goals, and strengthen payer relationships. Partners with facility and market leadership to manage contract negotiations, resolve payer issues, analyze reimbursement methodologies, monitor contract performance, and ensure accurate implementation and ongoing compliance of payer agreements. Serves as a key resource on payer strategy, market trends, reimbursement analysis, and contract operations across assigned markets.
