The Partner & Counsel Onboarding Assistant is an integral part of Latham’s Partner Recruiting & Integration team. This role will be responsible for providing administrative assistance in support of all aspects of lateral partner and counsel onboarding, contributing to the smooth transition of each lateral partner and counsel to the firm, while assisting with the coordination and execution of the firmwide onboarding process under the guidance of the Partner & Counsel Onboarding team.
