Job Description
Strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills
Media planning and performance fluency: CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, share of shelf, reach/frequency, retail media KPIs
Advanced PowerPoint and Excel (pricing models, forecasting, scenario planning, pivot tables)
Pricing and revenue optimization mindset
Confident presenter to senior stakeholders (CMO/Head of Media/Procurement)
Good PowerPoint storyteller and deck builder; able to translate data and propositions into clear, visually compelling narratives
Language: fluency in English and at least one Swiss national language (German, French, or Italian)
Results-oriented, self-starter with high ownership and resilience
Client-centric approach
Strong commercial acumen and analytical mindset; comfortable with numbers and evidence-based decisions
Structured, organized, and able to prioritize across a large book of business
Test and learn mindset with a balanced hunter drive and farmer-style relationship ability
High integrity, trust builder, and effective communicator (written and verbal)
Legal/compliance awareness in advertising and data privacy (GDPR/DSG), brand safety standards
