As a Service Technician with Sequoia, your hands on work will be essential to the operation of a multi-million dollar property.
You’re the go-to person for maintenance. Whether it’s fixing a basic electrical switch, repairing appliances, or patching drywall, you take pride in getting it done right. You love troubleshooting and fixing things.

Qualifications
Must-haves:

Strong customer service skills
Understanding of basic maintenance
Great-to-haves:
Experience in commercial or residential real estate, property management, retail, hospitality, construction, or renovation
Trade skills in general construction, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, HVAC, or groundskeeping
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $22 - $27 / hour.
