Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Associate, you will specialize in managing contractor conversions for the US market, while also driving end-to-end recruitment processes to build diverse teams and contributing to global talent acquisition projects. You will be based in Mexico City and report directly to our Talent Acquisition Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the primary contact for transitioning contingent workers to permanent employees within the US market, ensuring a seamless experience for both the business and the candidates.
  • Provide end-to-end recruitment support for diverse positions within PPG, collaborating with hiring managers to understand role requirements, source top talent, and deliver qualified candidates.
  • Coach and develop managers to become expert leaders in sourcing, interviewing, and selection to attract a diverse pool of top talent.
  • Assess interviewing, testing, and hiring processes to ensure strict adherence to government compliance requirements, while updating and maintaining requisition activity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Participate in global Talent Acquisition projects and initiatives to help standardize, optimize, and innovate recruitment strategies across regions.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and use insights to drive continuous improvement in hiring processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or an equivalent field.
  • At least 2 years of HR or recruiting experience, with a track record in US talent acquisition, contractor management, or full-cycle recruitment including experience promoting diversity initiatives into sourcing workflows.
  • Experience using technology solutions, including specialized recruitment websites, creative sourcing techniques, and Applicant Tracking Systems (preferably Workday).
  • Advanced proficiency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to operate in multicultural and global corporate environments.
